Samadhi Yoga Australia teams up with amazing co-hosts and finds incredible locations, so you can rest assured everything is taken care of. Our locations range from small intimate groups of max 10 to 25 for larger groups and corporate venues.

Terms & Conditions for Retreats with Samadhi Yoga Australia
* A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your space
* Our retreat costs include all yoga tuition, yoga props, accommodation and meals, and
events stated in the Itinerary. Some retreats include transfers, please check your Itinerary.
* Students must enroll and pay the full fee before the due date to confirm their place
* Students must provide four (8) weeks’ notice for local retreats and twelve (12) weeks for
international retreats if they are no longer able to attend the retreat
* A refund can only be arranged if your space is filled with another students, minus the
non-refundable deposit of $500.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable; in some circumstances we can offer you
credit for a future retreat if your space has been filled.
* No refunds or credits will be provided if cancellation notification is provided within eight
(8) weeks for local and twelve (12) weeks for international retreats.
* Comprehensive Travel Insurance is mandatory for international retreats and is
recommended to be purchased upon booking your spot.
*Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to the start of domestic retreats and 12 weeks prior to
the start of international retreats – please advise us of your room choice when booking via
email to samadhi.yoga.australia@gmail.com
Cancellation policy:
• More than 60 days prior to arrival: The initial booking deposit is forfeited.
• Between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival: All accommodation payments already made are
forfeited.
• Within 30 days of arrival: The full accommodation amount remains payable and is non
refundable.
• If the original dates are successfully rebooked, Samadhi Yoga Australia may, at its discretion, permit
amounts paid to be transferred toward alternative available retreats.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies which cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law
