Discover the magic of Yin Yoga with us over this 5-week course suitable for everyone.

What is Yin Yoga?


Yin Yoga encourages slow, sustained poses that stretch and stimulate the connective tissues, particularly in the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.


These tissues are thought to house the pathways of Qi (energy), similar to the concept of meridians in acupuncture by holding poses passively for extended periods (usually three to five minutes). We use bolsters and blocks to support the body to be able to fully relax into each pose.


Yin Yoga aims to release blockages and stimulate the flow of Qi, thereby harmonizing the body's energies and improving overall health.

Over the course of the 5 weeks, we will cover each Element and its Meridians, including targeted yin yoga poses, meditation and Breathwork.
